Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, $4.99 for orders under $50 (Free for orders over $50)

Overnight Shipping: Next business day, $19.99 (orders must be placed before 1 PM EST)
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Canada (5-10 business days)
- United Kingdom (7-14 business days)
- Australia (10-15 business days)
- European Union (7-14 business days)
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
